WE wanted to be the first or at least one of the first to offer the new Remington Golden Saber BONDED and wanted it to be in a cartridge not available in the original Golden Saber.
THE 357 SIG.
 In order to meet the demands for a bonded, self defense bullet for use in the Law Enforcement industry, Remington designed their Golden Saber BONDED bullets utilizing a new bonded jacket design. Still jacketed using Brass rather than copper. This is the same brass quality used in making the cases. The bullet is cut clear through the jacket and, as with the original, slightly overlaps upon itself.
